The company suspended the planned restrictions, allowing adult content creators to continue monetizing and distributing their work on the platform without interruption.
The reversal protects income streams for creators who rely on OnlyFans and reduces the risk of sudden disruption to creator–audience relationships. It also reflects the platform’s efforts to resolve payment and banking concerns that affect its business model.
OnlyFans said the agreements with financial partners will support a policy framework intended to balance regulatory compliance with creator rights and needs.
