OnlyFans paid out $701 million in dividends last year to owner Leonid Radvinsky, underscoring the platform’s strong cash generation as it prepares for a potential multibillion-dollar sale.
Companies House filings show OnlyFans distributed $497 million in dividends to its parent company, Fenix International, in 2024, up from $472 million the previous year. An additional $204 million was paid directly to Radvinsky in multiple tranches between December and April. Since acquiring the company in 2018, Radvinsky has received more than $1 billion in dividends.
The platform reported 2024 revenue of $1.4 billion, a 9% increase year on year, with pre-tax profits rising 4% to $683.6 million. OnlyFans said growth was driven by an expanding creator base and higher earnings per creator.
Creator accounts grew 13% to 4.6 million, while fan subscriptions increased 24% to 377.5 million globally. Subscribers contributed $7.2 billion in 2024, up from $6.6 billion the previous year. OnlyFans operates an 80:20 revenue split, with creators receiving the larger share.
CEO Keily Blair attributed the company’s performance to rising user engagement and a strategic push into content verticals beyond adult entertainment, including sports and lifestyle, aimed at broadening revenue streams.
Founded in 2016 by Tim Stokely and bought by Radvinsky in 2018, OnlyFans runs a lean operation with about 46 employees and is headquartered in London. The company has emphasized regulatory compliance, including 18+ age verification and investments in trust and safety measures.
Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-American investor with a background in venture capital and previous ownership of an adult webcam business, has guided the platform’s expansion while balancing growth with compliance.
Creators have access to platform features and third-party tools, such as the Stimulus AI assistant, to support sales, engagement and monetization efforts.
OnlyFans’s recent financial disclosures and user growth highlight its continued prominence in subscription-based digital content monetization for creators, investors and users.
