OnlyFans said it secured assurances from banking and payment partners that will allow creators to continue posting explicit material and keep using the platform’s payment processing services. The company also promised more direct and detailed communications with creators about policy and operational changes.
The reversal preserves a central element of OnlyFans’ business model and removes immediate uncertainty for many creators who rely on the platform to monetize their work and connect with audiences.
The company described the decision as a response to community concerns and indicated it will continue working with partners to ensure creators can publish content and receive payments without disruption.
