OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinsky received $701 million in dividends in 2024 as the company reported strong financial results for the year.
The platform posted $1.4 billion in revenue, a 9% increase year over year, and pre-tax profit rose 4% to $683.6 million.
OnlyFans’ creator base grew 13% to 4.6 million, while the number of active fans increased 24% to 377.5 million in 2024, reflecting rising engagement and scale across its user base.
The company is reportedly the subject of talks about a potential $8 billion acquisition by a consortium led by Forest Road Company, drawing significant investor interest.
